The Center

The Center at RWCI focuses on companies and individuals seeking to achieve the highest standards of development and wellness. It focuses on continually advancing the research and development of methods that challenge the boundaries of currently accepted healing and wellness standard and benchmarks. These RWCI divisions will work holistically to unify a client’s mind, body and spirit in balance.

The Center has three divisions:

1) Corporate Development
2) Coaching & Consulting
3) Clinical

RWCI is the only organization which directly addresses the critical impact of the “mind, body, and spirit” of a company on its bottom line. When an organization’s “mind” (governing managers), “body” (employees/workforce), or “spirit” (unifying goals, mission, vision, passion and drive) are not working harmoniously it is apparent in the overall morale and even the physical disorganization of the company. Most significantly it is always visible in its negative impact on the business metrics for success, such as profit margins and revenue streams and potential for growth.

RWCI practitioners are highly skilled business professionals who also possess skills in the healing arts. This unique combination positions us to develop strong, innovative solutions that will decrease employee turnover, increase productivity and morale, and link the knowledge gained through training with a significantly increased bottom-line.

When working with individuals some examples that the Center at RWCI’s focuses on are these areas:

• Career Progressions and Transitions
