Mona Shenassa Toubian

RWCI, Founder

Mona Shenassa Toubian received her MBA from Georgetown University, and her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. She has dual undergraduate degrees from UC Berkeley, is an Oxford Scholar, and is currently a PhD candidate in Human and Organizational Development.

Mona worked internationally in finance and in the music and entertainment industries, specializing in strategic positioning and corporate restructuring of companies for profitable sale. She assisted in spearheading the launch of the United Nations Institute  of Training and Development in New York, before launching her private consulting practice, the MST Group, in London and Los Angeles.Her success with the MST Group led her to founding the Revolutionary Wellness Center and Institute (RWCI). Establishing RWCI allowed her to expand the services she offered and bring more resources to her continued research and development of new methods and techniques.She currently sits on several boards and non-profit organizations and continues to speak at international conferences and universities. She has a roster of international coaching clientele in the areas of professional athletics, entertainment, and corporate business, along with her private individual and family practice.

As a parent and a professional Mona has worked in India, China, and various countries throughout Africa, Europe and the Middle East; in the areas of childhood development, self development and social community development to understand growing and nurturing all of these areas into intelligent productive relationships.

She has studied, conducted research, volunteered and applied methods of child psychology and brain science in her work with adults and children and early childhood development curriculums. Her goal in this area is to establish children’s growth and development with a mindfulness of each child’s peak performance potential and unique gifts, with achievement held accountable by both children and adults alike.
