The RWCI Institute is the non-profit arm of the organization, established to continue the research and implementation of cutting edge methods and techniques in holistic community wellness and human development. This philosophy collaboratively connects across cultural and socio-economic gaps within (internal) and between (external) communities.<\/p>\n

Two areas of particular focus are in parenting education and early childhood development, in both structured and unstructured settings.The goal of the RWCI Institute is to plant \u201cseeds\u201d in the areas of child development and education, in partnership with education leaders and in communities that have needs as well as in communities that are lacking few resources.The vision is that these seeds will grow and develop into the improved childhood education tools and concepts that will serve children and their communities alike. RWCI partners with educators and administrators in the development and application of curriculum and all other aspects of children\u2019s daily lives. Communities are prioritized equally in their collaboration to develop both the ones in \u201cneed\u201d of improvement, and those that excel in their implementation of these advanced techniques and methods.<\/p>\n

The RWCI Institute believes that a community must support the development of its youth as seriously as it directly supports its own future. This continues in the belief that the currently \u201cseparated\u201d modes of education and development for parents, teachers, coaches and all others working within a community should be holistically integrated and collaborative. The whole adult community must share the fundamental psychological patterns and mechanisms utilized including \u201cAuto-Parenting\u201d, \u201cThe Inner-Child\u201d, \u201cStress and Conflict Management\u201d, \u201cNature vs. Nurture\u201d theories, \u201cHome Environment and Parenting\u201d, and \u201cMentoring Children\/Mentoring Adults\u201d concept.<\/p>\n

Specifically, for example, the implementation of \u201cCommunity Responsibility for Youth Development\u201d requires a concurrent and integrative process for the evolution of both the community\u2019s youth and its adults. This is a foundational principal in RWCI\u2019s work in the execution of its Child Development programs.<\/p>\n

RWCI is continually seeking partnership opportunities with collaborative partners aligned with similar core values and goals in areas of both theory and real-world application and across the various education models and systems.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
